Summary

In Chapter 18, Yrene washed up after her session with Chaol and met Hasar. They spoke about Hasar’s lover Renia, Chaol, and Kashin. Hasar showed Yrene a map of the armies gathered in Erilea. She encouraged Yrene to ask Chaol where Dorian and Aelin were hiding as her spy. In Chapter 19, Chaol kissed Nesryn when she returned to their rooms. He did not tell her that he could move his toes. Chaol planned to meet Yrene at the horse stables, but she did not show up. He rode a horse to the Torre alone. He asked a guard at the Torre’s gates about Yrene.
