Chapter 13 Summary
A headline story by Bloodworth makes Wiley and his group feel as if they are finally accomplishing something. It does not list any of their names, but it does connect the four murders together. Unfortunately for Wiley's group, Bloodworth makes one major error in the story. Instead of calling the group Las Noches de Diciembre, he made the error of publishing their name as Las Nachos de Diciembre, or the Nachos of December.
After reading the story, Cab Mulchay begins to wonder if Skip Wiley is involved. Harold Keefe is concerned that the police hierarchy can no longer cover up the fact that Sparkey Harper's murder may not be solved.
