Chapter 6 Summary
When Skip Wiley goes to the psychiatric offices of Dr. Remond Courtney to be interviewed, he becomes very agitated, hangs the doctor by his heels fifteen floors above the street below and calls him Dr. Goosefucker.
When he brings him back inside, Wiley calmly asks the doctor if he is still going to tell his boss that he is crazy. Dr. Courtney mentions a column Wiley wrote stating that Miami needs more killer hurricanes to crumple condominiums, and Wiley walks out of the office.
Later , Mulchay, his boss looks for Wiley. No one has seen him all day, and his girlfriend doesn't know where he is. He quickly finds out that Wiley's Pontiac was just found by the police. It was empty but running in the middle of Interstate Highway 95, and has been towed off, and there is no sign of Skip Wiley...
