Chapter 20 Summary

Guilliam signed in the the archives' reading room and looks for the Operation Testify documents. Lacon said he didn't have any of the documents, so Guilliam would have to steal them somehow from archives. Guilliam's dry run at the archives was successful, so when he went for his next requisitioned file, he took a Testfy file and replaced it with the same color coded file he had requisitioned. He learns the annexes are in London Station and need Haydon's authorization to be released. Guilliam manages a swap of the dummy files with the ones he needs and leaves archives. He sees Toby Esterhase, who tells him Alleline wants to see him.
