Summary

Chapter 15

Kate manages to safely jump back to Katherine’s house, shortly after she had originally left. Connor finds her and she explains everything that happened, and shows him the book she got. She wants to warn her past self or Trey, but Connor recommends against it. He helps Kate come up with a cover story for how they found the information, since he doesn’t want to tell Katherine the truth either. After Kate gets some sleep they pour through the book of prophecy, but Kate doesn’t find anything useful. She sends a message to Trey, warning him to run when she tells him to. Connor later reveals he sent a similar message, which is why Trey was so close when Kate was running. Trey calls and tells her that he was able to escape.
