Chapter 4 Summary

Stephanie sends Lula to Stark Street, a local area where people go to buy drugs, to see if she can find anyone who has seen Uncle Mo lately. Stephanie then goes back to her apartment where she spends the afternoon making phone calls only to come up with nothing. Lula appears at the door, frozen from the cold, and finds out that one of Lula's contacts saw Uncle Mo looking for a local drug dealer. Stephanie calls Ranger and asks him if he can find the dealer for her. The next morning, Stephanie returns to the mall to see if she can find Stuart Baggett. At the hot dog stand, Stephanie finds out that Stuart has quit his job. Stephanie goes to Stuart's parents' house and finds out he moved out. Another dead end.
