Summary

In Chapter 9, Angie and Bri discuss the impossible things that have happened recently, including seeing Roscoe. Bri goes downstairs to discover Persephone has begun repairing the apothecary. Circe makes a few minutes alone with Bri. Bri has a moment of fear, knowing that Karter turned out to be disloyal. She assures herself that Circe will not betray her.
