Summary
In Chapter 4, the ivy in Bri's room rustles, apparently because of Bri's anxiety. Bri and her moms meet the estate attorney Mrs. Melissa Redmond. Mrs. Redmond is wearing a suit that does not fit well. She gets down to business, affirming that Bri's mother was Selene Colchis. Selene's sister Circe left an estate to Bri. It's a large house and 40 acres of property located near Rhinebeck in upstate New York. Bri's guardian can sign for the inheritance now, and it will pass to Bri when she becomes an adult.
