Before Clay starts this tenth tape, he asks Tony why Hannah picked Tony to have the second set of tapes. Tony promises to tell Clay as soon as they reach the party house. When he starts the tape, Hannah talks about what happened in the room after Clay left. She says that Jessica and her date had come into the room. The date had tried to kiss Jessica and get romantic, but Jessica was so drunk she was barely responsive. The date finally leaves the room but stands outside the door.
