Part III, Chapter 9 Summary

Lara Adams is gambling at a table with a rich Texan. She ends up winning all of his money. She invites him and his buddies to come with her and she'll give him his $50,000 back. When she gets the group of men to the desert, she admits she is a vampire. She ends up allowing three of the armed men escape. She keeps, feeds on, and kills the rich Texan.

Part III, Chapter 9 Analysis

Sita has to keep up her appearances as Lara Adams. She also has to entertain herself until Andy shows up for their date tonight. Additionally, she needs blood to build up her strength. She will needs all the strength she has once she convinces Andy to help her break into the compound and free Joel.
