Summary

Chapter 37 is told from Nash’s perspective. Nash is happy that he used Lina’s “sated, walls-down state” to get a commitment (394). He knows he will never let her go. He realizes that the less time she has to think, the better they will be. Nash talks to Sloane who tells him that it is good to have him back, out of the darkness. Nash tells Sloane that he knew she and Lucian had a secret romance in high school. She tells Nash that she will be there for him if things do not work out with Lina. Outside Nash feels like someone may be watching them.
