Summary

Chapter 31 is told from Lina’s perspective. The people who abduct her are Grim’s men. They take her to him, and Grim says that his men had been watching her, the feds, and the man Lina was surveilling right before they abducted her. Grim tells Lina that the Porsche she is looking for was never dropped off at the warehouse. He believes Duncan is still in the area and is planning to take over the family business and to clear up his loose ends, namely Nash.

Chapter 32 is told from Nash’s perspective. Lina pulls up to him on the back of a motorcycle, and Knox, Lucian, and Nolan get between Lina and Grim when she gets off the bike. Lina says that if the feds arrest Anthony, Duncan can take over without a huge organized crime war. Someone has been...
