Part Two: Chapters 57-59 Summary

LuAnn and Matt found Charlie resting in a room at the University of Virginia trauma center. Charlie wasn't supposed to be discharged yet, but he wasn't interested in staying in bed while the others searched for Lisa without him. Luckily, Matt played basketball with the police officer guarding Charlie's room. Matt was able to convince the officer that things would be alright while he grabbed something to eat. With the door clear of its watch post, LuAnn and Matt helped Charlie out of bed and down the hall. Once outside of the hospital, LuAnn telephoned Jackson. She knew he would want to meet with her.
