Summary
The Cornish rebel against Henry, but are quickly defeated. Henry heavily taxes the locals with executions and fines. Scotland agrees to hand over the boy, but he escapes again. Scotland then begins marching for war and a commander named Thomas tells Henry that his men are leaving due to poor conditions. Henry learns that the boy arrived in Cornwall where he has no supporters. He plans to execute all the rebels and threatens Elizabeth to never admit if she recognizes the boy as Richard. She tells him angrily she is living for her children.
Then, the boy is captured by surrender and the king says he denied being Richard. Henry proclaims his victory and creates a backstory for the boy, saying he has come from a small, poor family outside of England. Henry sends...
