Chapter Two Summary

Sarah-Charlotte is curious as to what kind of wardrobe Janie will be taking to New Jersey the next time, but Janie is much more interested in the new High Stepper Horse Barbie she has just added to her collection. Sarah-Charlotte picks out a flexible Barbie and prepares her to work at Pizza Hut. She suggests that Janie go to visit Reeve, but Janie doesn't think her parents will let her go. WSCK is a station that plays mostly local dorm bands excepting from 10pm to 11pm. At that time of night, they are all talk radio, and Reeve can see himself as the next radio king.
