The Awakening, Chapters 7-8 Summary

In Chapter Seven of The Awakening, The Vampire Diaries, we pick up on escalating events as Elena's friends Meredith and Bonnie see her leaving with Tyler Smallwood. Meredith enlists Bonnie and Matt to go after her knowing just what a creep Tyler Smallwood can be.

Elsewhere, Elena arrives at Fells Church and they proceed to break into the church. Elena is trying to be more and more outrageous, laughing at every joke but there is a small part of her that is horrified at the turn of events. Inside she feels glacial and cold. Tyler leads them to the main crypt of the Church, where the quartet of people start joking around. Elena swears that she sees the main crypt move all of a sudden, but no one else does. When the partying gets even more boisterous...
