Summary
Layla joins Emmett on a trip to the Big Farm in Chapter 54, and during their nearly silent ride, she wonders what he thinks of her, acknowledging to herself that he has every reason to hate her because she is weak and gave herself to Felix, yet sometimes he looks at her like he is waiting for something.
