Summary

In Chapter 99 Chap is wide awake and wants something to do. He has not told anyone of his meeting with the Sugar Man, but he does not think that Sonny Boy will want to build the theme park in the swamp now. He knows that Sonny Boy will try to sell the swamp anyways to someone else, so Chap knows he must act quickly. He knows that Steve's cell phone is still sitting in the cafe. He grabs it, the machete, his boots, and his flashlight as he heads out to search one more time for any kind of proof of the Sugar Man. As he gets out the door, he spots two raccoons sitting in the yard, but they run away.
