Summary
Apollo shows up and it becomes clear that he and Artemis have a tense relationship. He’s perfectly willing to take Percy and the others to the Camp, including the hunters. Thalia warns Percy that the hunters don’t have the best history at the Camp, but they are always welcome there. Percy notices that Bianca seems to be acting coldly towards Nico, and thinks she’s being selfish for leaving her brother behind. Apollo lets Thalia drive to the Camp which ends up being a very bumpy journey, but they manage to get there in one piece.
Analysis
The theme of family is demonstrated in this chapter by the tense relationship between Artemis and Apollo, whom she's called to safely escort the demigods to their home. Likewise, the reader sees the idea of family as Bianca tells Nico that she is leaving him...
