Coopers Chase Retirement Village
Coopers Chase Retirement Village is a luxury retirement village where the majority of the action of the novel takes place. The Thursday Murder Club, which is comprised of Joyce, Elizabeth, Ibrahim, and Ron meets in the Jigsaw Room at Coopers Chase. All of the members of this club live in the village. The village is owned by Ian, a greedy man who is killed on the grounds of the village while he is trying to begin work on an expansion. The main buildings of Coopers Chase were once part of a convent.
