Summary
In Chapter 54, which is an entry from Joyce’s diary, Joyce describes Ian as an awful person and wonders if anyone will miss him. She adds that Elizabeth believes that Ian was murdered.
In Chapter 55, Chris announces to his murder team that Ian was murdered. The pathologists believe he was injected with a massive dose of fentanyl just a few minutes before he died.
In Chapter 56, in the next meeting of the murder club, Ibrahim opens a flip chart where he has listed all 30 of the people who could be considered suspects. Their own names are on the list.
In Chapter 57, at the same time, Chris is telling his detectives they need to compile a list of everyone who was present when Ian was killed. He believes the project will be time-consuming. He tells his detectives he wants them to continue working on...
