Summary
In Chapter 17, Chris studies the file on Tony. The most interesting of his encounters with the law was after a shooting in 2000 in the Black Bridge pub. A young drug dealer was killed. Tony was believed to have been the one who fired the lethal shot. One witness, a taxi driver, disappeared after he was questioned. Tony was never prosecuted.
Chris looks at the photograph. It was taken at the Black Bridge pub. Jason Ritchie; Bobby Tanner, a local drug dealer at the time; and Tony stand behind a table covered in money. Chris wonders if the killer left the photo as a warning for Bobby or Jason.
