Chapters 6-10 Summary
Anna Reilly is at home in her cottage in Maryland. She works as an NBC reporter, but since meeting her boyfriend, her life has taken a turn for the better, and all she wants now is happiness. To help her obtain this happiness, she has tried to go back to things she used to enjoy. For example, she has joined a book club that she goes to every Monday. Her more immediate goal is to make sure Mitch retires from his role with the CIA. He told her his current job would be his last, and she hopes he was telling the truth.
