Chapter Three Summary
Levi can hear the click-clacking of computer keys coming from Boaz' room at all hours. He knows he's not sleeping all the time. Late at night, he can hear hoarse screams coming from Boaz' room. A few times, Levi talked through the door and asked if he was okay. He was fine, he would simply reply. After Levi returns from a jog, Christina, Boaz' old girlfriend, is on the porch with his mother. She is gorgeous he thinks to himself. She has come to see Boaz but she learns that it may not be a good idea. He wonders if all those times when he didn't come home to see his family if he was visiting Christina at Dartmouth.
