Summary

In Chapter 61, Reece does not want to shoot the officer but is determined his quest for revenge will not end here. Liz removes her ponytail holder and sunglasses, lowers the neck of her tank top, and exaggerates her accent. The officer spends a lot of time looking at her and ignoring Reece. Liz charms him to the point that he only writes a warning and sends them on their way.

Chapter 62 takes place at the Pentagon, Arlington Country, Virginia. Lorraine calls two generals who serve as the Joint Chiefs of Staff to a meeting. She announces that Reece was holding Tedesco's family hostage which is why he detonated the bomb in Pilsner's office.
