Summary
In Chapter 52, Horn is upset at Agnon's death. However, officials – even those closely connected to Horn – insist it looks like suicide. Agnon was one of a few people who knew all the information about the PTSD drug project. Horn's assistant rushes in with news that Holder killed himself. Horn knows it was not suicide. He calls Boykin. When the call goes to voicemail, Horn looks up Boykin's name online and finds an article about his death. He orders his assistant to call Tedesco.
In Chapter 53, Tedesco arrives at the Naval Special Warfare Command in Coronado. Tedesco has accepted his fate, relieved to know his family will not be hurt.
