Summary
The next section is titled Part Three, The Reckoning. Chapter 46 takes place in Tijuana, Mexico. Marco takes Reece over the Mexican border in his motorcade without even stopping at the checkpoint. They go to Marco's warehouse which is far less elegant than most of his homes and offices, then transfer into cars that will blend into the Tijuana traffic. Marco and his men are transporting Reece, but Reece does not want them involved further. Marco accepts a phone call in which his source confirms 14 men, six women inside the target building. Marco asks if this is the end of Reece's “journey.” Reece says, “I'm just getting started” (239).
