Summary
In Chapter 29, Ray next paid a visit to the Biloxi Public Library where he researched the newspaper articles about the trial. He learned about that French’s specialty was pharmaceutical liability. In one article, French was quoted that he had four hundred Ryax cases and was adding more daily. Ray found articles in newspapers as far away as Memphis asking people to contact French if they had been hurt because of the drug Ryax.
When Ray looked at French’s most recent cases, he saw that French was also looking for clients who had been harmed by Skinny Bens, the diet pill mass torte that Forrest claimed he was working with.
