Summary

Part Two: "The Course of True Love" starts in May 2021 as the house worries about being sold and the troubles her owner will soon face. She hopes her owner’s children will decide to keep her, but knows she needs to fix their problems.

In the next chapter, Ronnie prepares the house for the wedding, and plans out everyone’s sleeping arrangements. Ruby asks if Gabe’s mom and Aunt Amanda can join them in the guest house while she and Gabe share a bed. Ronnie agrees and Ruby hangs up before Ronnie can ask about Annette.
