Summary

In "Syl Anagist: One," the point of view returns to first-person narration by Hoa. In the morning, Kelenli is taken away by Gallat who says she is needed in the lab. Gallant takes them to the amethyst obelisk, the sit Kelenli had planned to visit with them. Houwha describes the area with its offices, three-tiered park and a stop on the vehimal line going to Corepoint. When they walk closer to the obelisk Houwha feels a strange sensation. Gallat tells him that he is detecting feedback from the sinkline.
