Summary
A new octopus, Octavia from British Columbia, has been brought in from the wild. She is shy because she is not used to humans. Wilson and Sy visit Myrtle, the green sea turtle who rules her tank, instead. She is 80 years old, and even the sharks respect her. Octavia still does not interact with people, even after Sy offers her fish for hours. Scott takes Montgomery to see the electric eels, they use electricity to kill their prey and a light has been installed on the tank that is lit up by their current. The eel is sleeping but the light turns on, so they conclude it must be dreaming. They go back to Octavia, and she seizes Sy's arm for the first time. They are both very excited, Sy running up to the tank...
