Monday 4th June: Chapters 9-16 Summary

In Chapter Nine, Billy the Kid, the Dark Elder responsible for the poisoned flies, realizes he had received incorrect information regarding Perenelle's powers. He waits for Machiavelli to arrive.

In Chapter Ten, the trio and Palamedes enter a scrapyard, which is built using the design of a castle. Palamedes explains to the trio that they may have the same enemies but they have different motives. Palamedes and the Green Knights help those humans who are trapped in shadowlands to come back to the real world and only fight Dark Elders when they have to. Nicholas does not want any Elders returning to the world. During the time it takes this group to enter the scrapyard castle, the twins realize they have both changed because of the Witch of Endor and Mars the God of War...
