Summary

In Chapter 3, when Harry first saw Rakel in the restaurant where they were to meet, he recognized right away how much he had lost when she had left him because she’d had enough. She encouraged him to stay in touch with Oleg, her son with whom he had a connection. Rakel said that Oleg was not taking to Mathias, the doctor whom she was dating. She said Mathias worked long hours but he was driven by the right things, not the revenge and anger that she felt had driven Harry. Before Rakel left, she told Harry that Mathias was going to move in with her. They would be getting married in the summer.
