Summary
Back in the therapy room, Alicia continues her story. She says that she expected to die and the sat in her living room for a long time as he talked and drank. She answered all of his questions, hoping to delay him, but when Gabriel showed up, the man knocked him out and tied him to another chair. When Gabriel woke up, the man shot him six times and left. Theo tells the reader he did not believe Alicia’s story, as there were too many inconsistencies with the crime scene. He wonders if this is a test. She tells him that she is tired, but has one more thing to say tomorrow. Yuri takes her away and Theo transcribes everything. He then heads to Diomedes’ office.
