Friends from Forever Summary and Analysis

Pila gives up his curio shop and breaks up with his girlfriend. He is still trying to get his life together and begins snorkeling. He is still looking for something. One day while floating on the water, he finds himself in the middle of a group of seven dolphins. Pila is exhilarated. He had been trying to get close to the dolphins for weeks.
