Summary
All the members present, aside from Uma, are either confined to wheelchairs, reliant on canes, or morbidly obese. All have silver swans over their hearts. The league laments that Tedros and Agatha do not recognize them. Agatha tells Tedros to trust them because her mother did. He, however, does not believe they can help. Yuba tells them they are waiting for their thirteenth member before answering any questions. The other members say they do not need Agatha or Tedros as they are close to death anyway and do not care about the future. Yuba tells one, Peter Pan, that he knows he is lying. Pinocchio then mocks the group’s idea of Ever After and reveals that many of the Thirteen are miserable. Hansel complains that their stories have ended, while Agatha and Tedros keep changing theirs.
