Chapter 2, Lullabies of Broadway Summary
Hazel knocks on Barbie's door, wanting to talk. She is afraid that she is pregnant, because she had sex with a waiter from work six weeks ago when she was drunk, and her period is late. Hazel thought she would be fine because they had sex standing up. When Barbie suggests that Hazel get a pregnancy test, Hazel states that she was told you have to kill a rabbit, but Barbie assures her that modern pregnancy tests are just a blue line.
