Summary

Part 3 opens on the Owens sisters opening a shop in their new home to bring in much needed income. They sell soaps, amulets, henna, hex breakers, love potions, teas, and various other homemade wares. Before the shop opens, Vincent, Jet, and Franny carefully renovate the dilapidated interior of their house. Though Jet has lost her magical gift, she is still able to help Franny create the magical remedies they sell. Jet remains devastated about losing Levi, however, often roaming the city to alleviate her grief during the nights. On Easter Sunday, she encounters a group of people taking LSD in Central Park. She accepts a tablet when offered one and spends the next few hours high. While under the influence of the drug, she attempts to drown herself in a pond in the park, failing because of her inability to sink. When...
