Summary

Part 2 begins with Franny and Jet in Central Park on Halloween night. They are in the park to test their newly accepted magical powers by making a small wish. Jet wishes for her true love. Franny wishes to be amongst the birds she loves. As soon as she makes the wish, a large crow lands on her shoulder and speaks into her mind that he will never leave her. She faints at the shock. Just then, Vincent wanders upon his sisters on his way home from his favorite bar. Franny explains why she looks so pale and about the crow, who she figures out is her familiar. Vincent reminds her that she needs to be specific when she makes wishes. On the way home, the siblings run into Levi Willard. She asks her brother and sister to make excuses to their parents...
