Summary

Senate Intelligence Committee Hearing: minutes from the hearing more fully explain Diachronic Shear and its place in the fabric of space-time. They also lay out DODO’s plan for the immediate future: first, to hire historians to improve the Chronotron, enabling more precise time travel missions. Second, to develop a full training academy for time-travelling operatives. Third, to seek out and recruit witches across time. The Senators agree to fund DODO if it sharpens its hiring practices. General Frink sends a memo confirming the new organizational structure, with Dr. Blevins in command, Mel and Tristan heading the Training and Operations Units, and Oda leading Research. Bureaucrat Macy Stoll will lead the organization’s day-to-day operations...
