Summary

In Chapter 5, Emma walks with Jack to the motor boat. He tells her that only Mimi calls him Jacky. His name is Jack. She tries to tell him that it is the same with her, but he does not hear her. She falls in the boat when she tries to board it. Emma meets Bailey, Roo, April, Vincent, and Taylor on the raft when they arrive. Roo is the only person who speaks to her. Taylor becomes aggressive because she thinks that Emma is Jack’s new girlfriend. When Emma does not defend herself, Bailey tells Taylor that Emma is their cousin.
