Summary
After years of playing on her own, Eleanor decided that Gwen needed to play on a team. Since the fields accessible to the Surplus class emanated toxic fumes, the family was forced to make use of unsanctioned places, risking arrest in the process. To mitigate the risk, Grant designed a tool to hack RegiChips and prevent Aunt Nettie from finding out their actual locations. The family slowly recruited players into the Underground League and developed covert methods for traveling to games. Every player had to be hacked, along with their parents. Despite the risks, the league expanded, and at the start of Part II had just begun its third season.
