Summary
Chapter 1 is titled “Zee.” Zhorzha Trego, who prefers to be called Zee, is on a train with her young nephew Marcus. (For the sake of clarity in this guide, Zhorzha Trego is referred to as Zee except in direct quotes, though Gentry Frank calls her Lady Zhorzha and some other characters use her full name.) She is delivering 100 pounds of marijuana and has Marcus with her because her sister, LaReigne Trego-Gill, volunteers at a prison and did not come home the previous night.
