Chapters 4 and 5 Summary

Adam suspects that someone is looking into what he and Gansey are searching for in Henrietta. Adam doesn't have any proof of it, but he thinks it's Ronan's older brother, Declan, that is researching it. Adam arrives at Gansey's apartment with Declan and Declan's girlfriend for the moment, Ashley. The apartment is a converted manufacturing plant.

Gansey is sitting at this desk wearing ear buds and therefore, he doesn't hear them knock or say anything upon entering. Adam looks at the Henrietta replica Gansey built during his insomniac nights. There are stacks of books everywhere. Nearby, on his desk, is Gansey's journal. When Adam pulls out Gansey's ear buds, Gansey greets them.
