Number Seven (aka Marina)

Staying at Santa Teresa convent with her Cepan, Adelina, Marina is now the oldest 'orphan' in the orphanage. She will be eighteen (according to the age they chose for her) in five months and will have to decide whether she will leave the convent or stay on as a devotee. She has the bed at the very back corner of the room, farthest away from the door. Marina is slowly developing Legacies that she has not shared with her Cepan, Adelina. She fears that Adelina has given up on Lorien and lately refuses to even discuss their purpose with her. Frustrated, Marina hides her Legacies. First came telekinesis, then the ability to breathe underwater, and later still she discovers that she can heal living things. She finds a cave near the convent, and spends every spare moment she has training and honing her skills.
