Chapters Twenty Two - Twenty Four Summary

Marina puts Legacy on the chest and floats him out the window as footsteps near. She sets it on the ground below, sending Adelina down next. She pushes herself out last but when she sees the man from the cafe, her concentration wavers and she free falls almost to the ground before recovering. The only hiding place she can think of is the nave where the chest was hidden so she floats them up and into it. When Adelina finally wakes, she is confused. Marina tells her she was sleep talking and helped her to open the chest. Marina tells her the Mogadorian have come, so Adelina insists it is time to leave Santa Teresa. Marina lowers Adelina down just as Sister Dora shows up. Ella appears and insists she just saw Marina...
