Point of View

The entirety of novel is written in the third person narration with that narration following the main character, Rin, for the majority of the novel. In doing this, the author is able to put the readers in the mindset of the main character without actually condoning any of her own actions. The third person narration is present from the beginning of the novel all the way to the end of the novel with only a few breaks in that narration. Rin is the main subject of the third person narration as she is the main character and whom the novel is centered around. With this type of narration, the author is able to show readers exactly what Rin, and certain other characters, are thinking throughout the novel without showing preference for their actions.
