Summary

Felix converses with Dr. Beaubridge, he is quite angry that Ella's stent got clogged on his watch. He is able to tone back his attitude when he sees the negative impact it is having on his wife's waning health. Dr. Beaubridge reveals that her condition has now become inoperable, and that Ella will need a heart transplant. Felix tells his wife 'I love you' again and thinks about how easy that phrase is to say when someone is dying. Ella decides to call her father to inform him of the situation. Felix brings up that Harry knows about the pregnancy, and Ella can only think of how much Harry is like his father. She's lost a lot of weight, she is unable to eat due to nausea.
