Summary

Bobby and John met up for drinks. John talked at length, telling Bobby how old he felt (139). Recalling Bobby’s accident while racing cars years prior, John went on to discuss the passage of time, the past, and death. He mentioned Alicia. Although Bobby was disinterested in talking about her, John continued pontificating about loss, regret, and grief. He encouraged Bobby to find a woman or to see Bianca, who was interested in him.
