Summary

In “Mimi,” Mimi remembers watching Ben arrive at the apartments three months prior. Camille had pointed out how attractive he was, a quality Mimi had noticed. Mimi noted that Ben was quite a bit older than they were. Mimi was still surprised her father had agreed to allow her to have Camille as a roommate because Camille is so sexually active.

In the present, Mimi hears the woman knocking on her door. Jess introduces herself. At first, Mimi claims that she did not know Ben. When Camille reminds Mimi that she saw Mimi talking to Ben on the stairs, Mimi corrects herself. Mimi says she only spoke to Ben for a second. She slams the door in Jess’s face.
